Sammie is a certified and affiliated HYROX coach, athlete and part of team HYROX race day crew.
With 9 races under the belt herself, Sammie is a HYROX pro and understands what it takes to train and compete in hyrox starting from the ground up.
Sammie’s main goal is to help busy people create a lifestyle that allows them to train for HYROX without the burnout, confusion and overwhelm.
